Everyone has a vote:smile That is except XrunningY, he only has one this year;sometimes, well, we won't go there!

I was only thinking of having us all together and safety:embarassed.

Lets get involved--I know old Pink one will be where ever but lets hear from the rest of you.

I realize the Delta is closer for the majority***but lets be together. When we were at Salt creek, that was great:beer:. Except for the launch, which vacuumed!

Since YOU asked, I'll vote for #5.

Why, cuz, well all be close together, well sorta. The RV area is (some-timers) 100 yards from the launch ramp which is right next to the motel. The place seemed secure when we were there a few years ago. I know I'm being selfish wanting a RV area close by so the Gimp can be more involved this coming year.

I think Gene should call and find out, rooms, rates and dates. He doesn't have anything else better to do since he's retarded.

The airport is just a few miles away, small planes. There are float planes on the lake too.

Heck, there were small float planes one day at Salt Creek.

If we could get rooms, rv areas along with BBQ to use would be the ideal and keep the group together. I'll vote for that rather too.
I'm looking forward to being retarded :laughing retired I mean.

Boy, sure is good to have the site up again!!!! :very happy
Well, I've heard back from the 2 places on Clearlake and this is what is.

Konocti Vista Casino*** $79/night weekdays $89/weekends, RVsites $25/night--- amenities, Rooms facing docks, power at the docks, restaurant at the casino, If you go to Google Earth and pull up Clearlake, the coodinates are 39o 01' 18.13"N 122o 53' 17.90". You can see the layout and the protected dock area.

Skylark Motel:
gene, hello to you, apologies for the delay.
i've blocked the lakefront rooms in advance for the "allison group" this puts 16 rooms, 8 upstairs, 8 downstairs at your disposal. there is a connecting litchen between every two rooms, thus-8 kitchens available( first come first to get, and they are connecting, if desired- so this may come into consideration in choosintg room location.

pricing: my summer season begins on 1 may, and the rate for lakefront front rooms is 148,50 after tax. the kitchens are 20.00 per night. as a matter of AAA/AARP and size of the group and time of stay, i'll offer your group a rate of 126,50 ( after tax) ( this is less than the AAA discounted rate.

the motor home is not a problem, and i believe we discussed all the immediate other issues that you're not already familiar with// as an item to consider, unless your date is already firmly established, =move the arrival date back into march and a) give yourself the option of staying longer and b) price savings, using a formula of- room rate x 10 roomsx 5 nights. in may, this would be around 6750, in march you would be looking at apprximately 4450 .

The docks face the main lake and aren't protected by a breakwater. The group has been there in '05 and most know the layout.

I haven't contacted either resort to confirm since I am just now able to get the information to you guys. Everything is close to either location. Skylark is "downtown" and KVC is about 1-2 mi out of town. There is an airport at lakeport that I think can handle small to mid sized planes. Sacramento airport is about 2 hours away. Both Santa Rosa and Ukiah have airports as well.

There ya go guys:relax: Lets get a head count as to where you want to go.

With what ever the price of gas will be next year ($5.00/gl :furious), I think saving some money on rooms will really help.

My vote (if I have one :wink) is for Konocti Vista Casino. Put me down for a room. Arriving on Wednesday and departing on Sunday.

I prefer to pull my boat out of the water each day. Will there be access to electrical outlets? Is there parking near the room (for safety)?

SWEET! Bill and Bill/Gene, a pair of twins doing that speed!
I better get on the stick and get more seat time and pulled that lower unit and have low water pick up done before the next ralley.

Is there BBQs to do a group dinner or do we have to worry about that with the casino there and all the money we'll be making on the tables we will just eat on them?:wink

I think that http://www.konocti-vista-casino.com/index2.html is the best deal.
Just counting heads, I'm thinking 12 rooms. We have not heard from XB21er, you going to make it? I know that old what's his name that will only sleep with Badbait will be there for sure.
If those folks east of Las Vegas want to make the trip, Shoot us a line and I will make sure we have rooms reserved.
We all would really like to meet you all. Everyone is welcome.

Let's run and stick fish on Clearlake!!!!!!!!
