Skid-planer help!

Does anyone have pics of a skid-paner mounted to a Allison big slot jackplate?

you cant mount it to the jackplate. you will have to install the transom extension brackets.it mounts to them .you will have 10inch set back. thats what you need. call allison ask for bill.

My Skid planer is not mounted as low as deadeye99's is should I lower it some. Mine is mounted where the plate is flush the V in the back, do you think lowering it a couple more inches would make a noticable differece?

Dont move yours nathan i made that one years ago contour it to the boat with the same angles on the outsides as allison foil and after doing it i could get water on the back deck!!!

I don't have the paper work with me but I think it is supposed to be 2.5 to 3" above the pad. Mine is like 2.375" or it would have needed alot of work. It works fantastic. Bob
