About to order a new prop for a xb 03 with a cons 280 and not looking for a 100 mph prop . Would like a good all around prop great holeshot that can do low 90s alone and still haul 3 in the boat for fishing. Will a 26 get there or would I need a 27 Todd thinks a 26 will do it. Anybody who has run a 03 or gs with a ot I would love to here from you thanks.

Running low 90s with a 2 man tourney load will be a WALK IN THE PARK with a 280! (And your holeshot will be like a rocket) We've done it over and over on 03s with 225s and a 2man tourney load. (28" OTs) The 26 and the 280s higher revs will "fish you in the 90s" and as TB told you, the 26 will still carry all the butts, coolers, bags, chairs, toys and crap you can stuff in the boat.

26 should be 90 @ 7k they run stiffer than stamped and drive themselves
