Not sure what direction I want to go but what is a 02 200xs worth. 20" with CLE. Less than 200 hrs.

Is it too slow compared to the game od promax? Thought those were supposed to be the real deal on the grandsport..

Havent driven GS with ProMax, Comparing from xb03 the promax is healthier. What I understand 10-12 mph on upper end, excellent gas mileage. Is sweet but just pondering...

I hear those 250 xs are nice and sip gas and oil.. With that said I plan on keeping my old dirty slow 200 till I get the xb21 hull paid for

Lou Jones has his GS/15" 200XS dialed in. I think it's busted 90 several times! Sips gas, turns up high enough to be useful & being an XS you'll swear it MAKES its own oil.

I just switched from a 225 promax to a 05 200xs on my GS. Very impressed with the 200xs. Pulls just as hard as the pm, great mileage, no smoke, and idles nice and low which makes shifting much smoother. Might not get quite the top end speed as a pm but there is no way it is a 10 mph difference. Limiter is the same 6700 or so rpm.

I really like the motor, just tossing it around. Couple folks running PMs in upper 90s, XS on mine prolly good to close to 90. Not sure what I wanna do, just pondering for now.

I don't think a GS with a bone stock 225 pm will run high 90's. Could be wrong though. Mine ran right around 90mph.

No issues I know of other than a bad oil level sensor I am dealing with now, get that took care of in a few days.

Call Chris Spencer. 175pro on a gs. U no the boat. Awesom on gas and speed. Not like th gs on watts bar that is soooooo fast.
