I actully run a 24 Et Cut around 92-93 on the limiter Real quick with 1:75 Gears ..Which is like a 26 with 1:87's..My next step is to get my ecu sent to bump it up to 9500

No 280 but with a 260. For a lake setup, I always liked a 28. Enough punch and holeshot with a load and good fuel economy and top-end for the long runs. Get riding with someone in another boat that wants to run 90 for 15 miles its a little easier on the old powerplant.

I have a 280 on my Grandsport. Brucato PCU, 1" spacer, 260 elctronics, yadayada.....
We run a stock 26 Drag 4. Love it! Carries a load, awesome mid-range and 100mph on the top so far. Maybe more, but thats not what I'm after. I wanna hurt your neck from 30 to 90mph.

Whipper told me a few years ago to try as many props as you can and never turn down an offer to try a prop........great advice! I will continue to try more props this year.
