The pad itself had flex. After what Oran bought it for then put in it, he's got close to 18 in boat and trailer. He's happy with it though. It matches his drag.


Roy, that's what the average prostock setup runs!

How did you discover there was flex in the bottom ? I think I had read at one time the xr2002 that was the record holder was found to be flexing and then repaired ,then went on to set the record. I was curious how you would know it was flexing

We didn't know, darris found it and notified us before he blueprinted the bottom.

Thanks, it would be interesting to know how he checks for that ,and what would cause the flex

It was flexing under where the livewell is suppose go, I think it makes tell tale signs in the resin. As if you have to see it from the inside the layup, not the gel coat side.
