Ive got one of these on mine, works pretty well but you need to lower your motor for it to be effective though. I use the cavitation plate and this plate and it works okay its just a tight fit by the motor. I have a ladder style that made from rope and poly rope that you hang on the tie down cleat that works good also.

Bass Boat ladder from BassPro works well too if you aren't too heavy. Just hangs on the side of the boat against the rub rail and rubber stops rest against the inside. Cheap, light, and no installation needed.
