Dave, my dealer said we could use the 150 crate to ship the 115 in, so all we'll need is an exact address to figure the cost. It would probably be best to exchange phone numbers to proceed. My XS2003 (same bottom more or less) ran 76 with a stock coned 115 Johnson Fastrike. Same hull, same HP should be close. That boat ran well into the sixties with 5 adults.

I have the regular Merc 150 four stroke on a Grand Sport. Modified gearcase (stock 1.92 gears) and ProXS upper mounts, it does 80 MPH with a 30" promax. The new 150 proXS is nice, but you'd probably want to swap the gears for 1.75, or 1.85. The Proxs case is a 4.88" with 2.08 gears.

The 115 ProXS is a great little engine, and the CT version uses the 150 1.92 case, so you could swap it for that if you wanted the taller gears.
