Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2008 XB21 2+2? I could also use some pics from above and below the switch panels at the terminals behind the switches. I've found some wires disconnected and am having issues figuring out where they go. Thanks!

Well....Decided to bite the bullet and order a 300R for my Xb2003. I have a 280 w/offshore mid now that I'll sell. The 300R will come in April and I'll have it rigged. UPDATE: decided to buy a XB21 2+2 to hang the 300R and sell the XB2003 Merc 2.5L 280. Any suggestions on- -Setback...

I have a 2000 Ally XB-2003 T with a 2000 Merc 280. It sits 14" back and at 1/8" below pad. I'm running a Hydromotive Quad IV OT 26 running at 3500 feet above sea level. I cant get the motor to go over 6200 rpm's. Once I hit 3/4 throttle I get no more rpms or speed the last 1/4. Any ideas would...

With two guys at 210 and fishing gear :gone fishing with the setup, I cant get it over 75. I can trim more and the rpm's pickup but I read that too much...

Changed the water pump housing, plates, impeller and gaskets on my 280. It has the 3/4" and I bought the 1/2" housing-cut it down and drilled it out. When I hit over 5000 rpm's it starts to get hot and the alarm goes off. It didn't overheat before the change. Any ideas? Thanks...
