Hey guys, its good to join the team. How does any of the ET props run on an XTB? Any other prop suggestions? I have a 2001 200hp carb for the ride.

My Daddy bought a xtb 21 new in 1987 and it still is being used. My brother bought it. It had a 200 promax on it now it has a 05' Drag motor on it. Out of all the choppers & worked ones, hoss's,Trophy's, ETC and on & on the ET is the best prop we have found. He just bought another Et in a 26p.

oh yea for a stock motor you will need a bigger prop. that 26 will hit the limiter fast. A 28 is what you need. Do you fish any?

I run a 2003 /250XS and had a chance to run a 28 ET4 blade this past weekend and it was great. Plenty of lift, it ran 96.5 mph at 6200 with 1.62 gears. I had a wind from the side and may of gotten a little more on a calm day. The holeshot was very good and I liked the prop.

The 28 Pro finish ET is a very good all around prop on my XB2003. Best combination of hole shot, mid range, top end, lift and drivability I have found. It's so good that I sold a 28 Quad4-OT, 28 Drag4, a 30 ET and hung some others on the wall.

I think I'm doing something wrong then.............

My XTB has a 200 Xri on it and I'm spinning a 22 ET to 7200 RPM but only getting about 74mph out of her. This is fully loaded with 2 guys, all their tourney gear and a full livewell.

I see on the Ally owners section guys with this setup spinning 25 and 26 Trophys running 80+ I don't understand??????

I also have a CLE gearcase, is that the difference? Plus I'm running a hydro plate.

Keep in mind this is all in salt water, another possible difference?

Hi all!
Good to see the talk on props for the 21's! I have recently became the proud owner of a 'like new!' 1992 XTB21 with a Mariner 200 Carb. Engine, proped with a Ron Hill 14 X 25 OTH.

Don't have much seat time with this Allie yet, but would like some input from those of you that have! I would like a better prop! This is my 2nd Allie, and I'm use to more lift than this prop gives!

Look forward to your inputs!
