Well glass work is done for the most part. Transom has 1.5inch of Coosa, with multiple layers of glass. wrapped transom over the top. Will be getting a stainless steel H brace made for the transom bolts like what Allison glassed into the transom. Time to flip her over next..

Any update on this labor of love? I'd actually like to see a photo of the factory Allison "H brace" that was glassed into the transom if you have one.

There wasn't much left of it by the time I was done. Salt water here had given it a run for its money. But I was shocked, angle bar between top of transom and deck, H brace across the transom, then metal knees.

For some of the repairs that were structural I got some professional help to make sure it was 100%, but a fair bit I did on my own.

Don't think it was stainless because it didn't enjoy the salt water very much. And it's a 93 hull I believe.

Next step is sorting out the powerhead.. have a 2.5 Carb 200 but not sure I'll be content.
Steel or aluminum? Rusty or white corrosion?
