xr2001 fuel system pics

I'm in the process of plumbing the fuel system in my xr2001. I'm installing a new pump and filter and im having problems with not enough room. I run a 10 gal fuel cell and im trying to install as few 90

Very nice Brian. If you use 1/2" line on the supply side of the pump are 90 degree fittings an issue?

Here is mine in my XB02. The only 90 is at the bottom of the tank, because I didnt have room for a 45 without the hose kinking.

I had a custom fuel cell made for mine with mounts on front of tank for water separator and fuel pump.. Unhook one fitting and two push connectors and unbolt tank and all comes out in one shot.

whatever you do the less 90degree turns the better off you will be

That is perfect guys, nice looking setup you all have. I have been debating running off both outlets on the fuel cell and using a y fitting to reduce down to only one. That pic helps make up my mind. Thanks

Where are you guys running your batteries?

Mine is behind tank dead center.. And my trim pump is mounted dead center on the transome braces.and yes I have 4 90's but I also ran 1/2 " hose. And I run river, not dragging . And only around 8500 rpms.
