You guys that have XR2001's, what is the best cruising around prop? I have a 2.5 260 on my XR2001 and a 14 1/2 by 28 Hydromotive t-3X for riding around. What are you other guys using to just ride with? Thanks

How does that four blade drive & handle compared to a three?

The four blade has a better hole shot and less steering torque, as well great midrange acceleration. There is not much steering torque with either of these props. If I am going out by myself I use the three blade but if I have someone else in the back I like the four blade. There is not a lot of difference in the speed might be five MPH. Todd and Thom have both driven the boat with both props they can also tell how the feel about both.

The hydromotive 14 1/2 X 28 appears to be doing very very well. I just wondered what some of you other guys were using. I definitely would not get rid of the hydromotive right now. It may wind up being the best for this before it's all said and done.

14 1/2 in Hoss Tritons area also a very good driving wheel on Allisons. I wish I had about a 30 pitch.
