XR 2002 Deck Removal

Anybody ever taken the deck off an XR02?
I’m In the process of doing a restoration on my 86 XR02.
Transom, knees, stringers etc all seem to be in excellent condition. I have yet to find anything questionable.
There have been a handful of items attached to the floor over the years and the screw locations are showing signs of deterioration.
I’d like to pull the deck, remove all the carpet, replace the floor, gel & splatter the interior then put the deck back on.
Anybody with experience or insight.......?

Never done it but pretty sure the cap and hull are glassed together.

I have been wiring new accessories at console and bow on my 1998 XB2003, I agree with SSTOM it appears to be glassed together.

Is the deck separate from the top half of the boat?
