What's this called?

They're the bolts with a concave head that attatch to the motor bracket The trim rams on a 225 Promax push against them. One of mine fell off the other night when I tilted the motor up for travel. After looking at it, it cracked on the back side of the head and loosened up, allowing the nut to vibrate off. I'd like to order a couple but can't find out what they're called.

I think what you are looking for is called a striker plate. You can look the exact parts up on this Mercury Parts look up link. The ones below are for my 2000 225 PM. Put your serial # in to be safe they are the same as mine and look under Power Trim Componets. The parts are kinda hidden down at the bottom left of the diagram so you mat want to blow the picture up for a better look.
