Throttle cam for a 1991 200 2.5.

Well I have looked high and low for a throttle cam for my 1991 200 WMH pumper carbed 2.5 liter with a 7 petal front. I have looked on a parts list and they dont make it anymore. I am thinking that it is the same throttle cam that came on the 245 2.5 liter with pumper carbs and a 7 petal front. I have the parts number and a schimatic. Its part number 28. Damn thing only cost 8 bucks but, they dont make it anymore. Anyone have one or know if another throttle cam will work? Thanks
