Thick Thrust Washer

Anyone know of a THICK mercury thrust washer. I'm running an extended cle coned bear case and my chopper and some other props won't work on it. A guy that cones lower units told me i need a thicker thrust washer. i've got 1/2 dozen thrust washers but all are about the same thickness. My trophy fits on it but only has about 1/16 of clearance from the back of the blade to the case extension. If anyone knows where I can get a thicker one please let me know cause i need one.
