Yeah....I have one! I have a little recessed area on my bow panel that has a lawn mower rubber handle attached to a string. Ya pull the handle and it activates a wind up 12 pitch propeller with 225 rubber bands wound up real tight and it is on a 13" setback manual JP.
Works great but it takes 2 days to get to my fishing hole and another 2 days getting back to the launch.
