Hey Ya'll-I will call Bill at the factory tomorrow but would like some insight too. Alli SS has helped hand forwarded me to Bill.

I receintly became and Alli Owner and am putting a new Lowrance 332C in it with a shoot thru the hull transducer. Again Alli SS was helpfull in finding the tray to place the unit in, unfortunately there was an old one there. I have not attempted to "tap" it out yet. It is set in about a 1/4" of epoxy.

My plan was to try and chip away at one side until at the edge of the transducer and try to pop it up.

Any suggestions would be great.

re: removal

When I replaced my tansducer in my XB-03 puck tray, I used some hot water and poured in there, let it sit a few minutes, then smacked it moderately with hammer and a chunck of wood. It all popped out together in one piece.
