My thought would be the more rpms you turn it the more you need to consider going to either a lightweight 40 amp flywheel or converting to a 16 amp system with high performance lightweight flywheel. I spun mine 7800 with the heavy flywheel and decided to switch over to the 16 amp system. It’s got to be easier on the top Main bearing and crank. But there was no noticeable performance gain measured by the seat-of-pants technique or using the tachometer/speedometer technique.

I spin mine 7500 all the time with normal flywheel. But as mentioned a lighter one is always better. Just with the Brucato ACU and 33cc heads a little richer mix on the acu no worry's. Oil injection delete off course.
