I've been intrigued by the Allison's for a bit. This past Friday I saw this GS at Silver Glen and was in love. The owner (never got his name) has owned this boat since 1998. He was super fun to speak with! Now I'm on the hunt!

That is my toy and I remember meeting you at the Glenn that day.

You may want to call Jack Barsh at Full Throttle Powerboats and ask him to keep an eye out for a Grandsport for you. He sees probably a dozen Allisons per month in for cosmetic repairs [mine will be there next week] and he is actually building new XR02s from the original molds he has there.

He was finishing an absolutely beautiful XR02 that was Bahama Blue/white when I was there yesterday. He can even build you a carbon/Kevlar XR if he can find time. You need to stop by his shop which looks like a catalog of every high performance boat ever built.
