Merc 200 enrichment valve...

Can anyone help us with an enrichment valve that is not function well. The valve seems to be working but no gas seems to be getting to the valve. Should there be gas flowing only of the engine is being cranked or should there be gas as soon as the fuel line bubble is pumped up? We have compared the lines and beleive they are connected correctly but not sure how it suppose to work?

Fuel should flow if you have fuel in the carbs. Take the hoses off and see if fuel flows. If not, its the carb, if so, its the valve.

Thanks, It was a carb float sticking. We got it fixed.
