Definitely a more traditional bassboat (with the extra Allison touches). 2 seater, sise by side with single console on drivers side, huge front deck, lots of storage
Darris was kind enough to show it to me a few weeks ago. I don't know what kind of info he is letting out about it but I can tell you one thing. If you are building High performance Bass boats right now you better be prepared to loose some major market share as soon as this thing hits the market. This will be the Ultimate Bass Fishing platform.
Just got off the phone with Nancy and there has been a set back because of a parts vendor. This has thrown the schedule off and it looks like the rally will be the official unveiling of the finished boat.
I'm aware that some pics have been sent out by a dealer and they are circulating around the internet in e-mails. This is not the finished boat.
WOW! I can't wait to see the new Ally. From the description-it sounds like a dream boat. If anyone would like to send some of the black market pics my way-feel free to! charpole@newwestagency.com
Ya know although that boat is BEAUTIFUL it really grosses me out that it only seats two, Has NO wind protection for the passenger and very little for the driver. It fits right in with most bass tournament boats and I guess that if I were a bass tournament fisherman I would understand.
However for those in the market for that style of bassboat I bet there isn’t anything better as far as a hull that will last with no stress cracks and speed. The storage also must be WAY up there with a Greyhound bus.
