Any running Caltric coils 856991a. There about 70 bucks cheaper than mercurys. Never heard of them until now.

Guess no one has. So I said heck with it and order 2. Will report back in spring and let ya know if they suck or not. If they work fine it will be a big$$$ savings. I've always used mother merc stuff, but there prices on parts is ridiculous. And I very well may end up paying there prices. There coil is 32 bucks. Mercurys is 100

That's damn ridiculous, I wish there was enough demand for the aftermarket to step in..keep us posted

Nope, put them on and ran a coil test with DDT. No fire on the 2 I put on. Guess its back to the Bending over the Barrel.
