Looks like a battery charger on the starboard rear of the boat. My bet that has something to do with it.....

Being its a pro's boat probably not but usually these fires are started by High Payments $$$.

i agree payments start a lot of these but continuously plugged in chargers start more. that's the most dangerous thing you can do when boat is in storage. i would never do that inside an attached garage. chargers and batteries start fires.

Mine stays plugged in for a day or two at the most after I come home from the lake. Then I unplug it until I'm ready to go fishing again. May top it off the night before I fish again, but if I don't it'll still be ready to go.
