It is a stock Allison wheel and I am pretty sure they are 3/4" tapered.

does the boat it came from have hydraulic steering? the mercury rideguide had a square hub and not a round one with a woodruff key. thanks mike t

I have both wheels. The one with the buttons came from cable the other came with the Allison hydraulic.
