Will a lifting ring from a merc also fit a yammerhammer? Buddy of mine is changing jackplates and i'm helping out 8) Juast gotta find a lifting ring. I'll be doing work on my promax, sooo...kill 2 birds with one stone 8)

No but yamahas have a lift bracket behind the flywheel. If this is gone then a 3 bolt flywheel puller with a ring for the center bolt works.

Thanks Randy! Got the boat home today and there was the ring....new jackplate goin on tomorrow hopefully!
