Nice choice of color! Looks like my "Coca-Cola" xb03. I get a lot of compliments on the red w/ white wing tips. Cool project, can't wait to see your progress.

Should be a sharp XTB for years to come.

How did you go on the steering or more specifically the cables? I'm on the second set of Mercury mechanical cables in my 89XTB--boat in service new in early 1992. Even though I got the so-called long life Mercury steering cables when replaced, wheel is hard to turn now. I see $$$$$.

Looks like you came up with no pinch hinges for the non-driver seat. Any information on the source?

P.S. The man hours jump out at you when you view the photos. Ha!

The cables are set back on the boat 4in from the orignal pos.,it loosens up the steer problem just watch the back wash. On the pas seat its a allison seat. Anything else I can help ya with let me know,And thanks it took a lot of hour and the air brushin on the cowl took a good friend some time to. haha
