I remember Todd commenting earlier about doing this. I forget which one is best to convert. There are front load and rear load choppers. One way it is not worth the effort.

Front load meaning the hub is inserted from the face side so I should be good then. Here's a pic of an unmolested one that had been at my dad's shop since I had my xr back in 1990. Now, where do I send this little tool for the hub work.

Take a pic of the other end of the prop, and post it up. If the other side has a "solid" face, then it's the one that's much harder to convert.

You need part number 48-98246. That'll still give you the 4.5" width blade on the 30 pitch, and also the hub you need.

I'm going to check down at the shop next week, so much crap upstairs in the loft area it's hard to tell what's up there. This wheel just happened to be kinda in the front.

Some good stuff and lots of junk.
