1993 mercury 260 drop on powerhead complete with electronics. Motor is still complete sitting on a stand, I am selling powerhead only. I bought it off a friend who is a Merc certified Mechanic who built it for his STV. Motor has around 30 hrs since he rebuilt it. Motor has one inch spacer for intake and 8200 Rev limmiter but is stock besides that. Compresion on engine cold checks out at 120psi on all cylinders.
