260 bogs with big barrel prop

Hi I have a 260 merc boat gets right out of the hole with small barrel 28 chopper but when I put my 21 large barrel prop it bogs on take off I can't figure this out. Any help would be great thanks.new plugs,flowed injectors everything looks good

What kind of prop? It's because you're not getting any exhaust to the blades which allows it to spin up and not big.

I had a 25 trophy that did the same thing but right now I have a mirage plus 21 with vent holes

Should I just use a small barrel prop with this offshore mid ?
