2003 mercury 200xs?

Is this motor a pro max, optimax style motor, and is it a 2.5 or 3.0? what would the actual model name or number be be if different for determining value when buying a boat ? any problems with these motors? Thanks David

These are a great motor. They are 2.5l. Great on fuel. The only thing I have heard about them is the mounts breaking for the compresser. I'm not sure if it is abolt issue or what.

NADA has them listed in the 2005 model year and not on some others I don't know why if you are looking for a pricing reference.
