I think typically 40-42 . There is some adjustability . You can get a zipper extension for some models but not this one . Depending how your built ,185 + would probably be getting pretty snug . You can go to lifelines website and download their order form and measure yourself per their instructions, give them a call and ask what size you would need , then you know for sure .

Hey j,
Mine is in storage so I can't put my eyes on it but if I remember right there was a very small tag along the bottom with the size letter on there . Mines a older one . Not where you expect to find a size . Nice jackets at a good price for someone .

I'm 5'10" pushing 190lbs, but I work out and am not fat. My chest is up to 42 at best....Do you take paypal?
