2 degree wedges

Looking at pos putting 2 degree cmc wedges on my 2003 with a 280 anybody have any input on this . Would like a little flatter and quicker holeshot thanks

I've had 'em on my last 2 boats. I like 'em. You don't need the full range of up-trim on an Allison anyway, so you might as well use 'em.

No need for them with a 2.5 on a 21 it breaks over easier than the 2003 did...holeshot better...midrange much slower on the 21.. But I have a new wheel from Todd that is supposed to help

Besides the obvious holeshot & sustained lowspeed help, I like them because they do the same job as the Alli foil in rough water but the propensity to encourage bow stuffing is lessened since there is no large surface area pushing the stern up. Also eliminates the "gliding" that occurs when coming off plane with foils.
