was bought as a new block front half and divider plate has small rods, 2 ring merc top pin pistons, 7 ring crank, horn front half. no ecu or flywheel leakdown on motor is still good4-5%. $8,200.00 as is with flywheel $8,500.00 also know of a pretty fresh 2002 280 with 260 electrics if anyone is interested.
