I'm pretty sure Dave is correct. I have a crank from an SST120 2 litre race motor in my promax. All promax motors had the small top bearing.

I did one and used a small rubber hammer. It gets real hard to get it in the back corners. The corners are very tight. We really didn't have much trouble except those two spots.

Anyone got a part number for metal caged rod bearings for my 99 Promax? Gotta replace my crankshaft and want to make this upgrade while I'm in there.

Well, that's easy!

That piece in the pic above is upside down? It has two things sticking up off it as it is in the pic. If you turn it over, the pin goes in the hole in your deck and where does the other piece go? Look at it closely, see what I'm saying?

Look closely, the bow roller is folded over to the side.
