I got to shallow Sunday and sucked my 225 PM full of sand. I have pulled the LU off replaced water pump, rempved the T stats flushed the engine with a hose ,up through the water tube till it ran out the T stat holes and back down through the block till sand stopped comeing out . but still not...

I have a XB2003 with a 225 Pro Max. I have my everyday prop I like,a 28 pitch but I had trouble getting on plain Sat. with 4 persons and water that seeped into the livewell. Would a smaller prop be the fix? what pitch?Thanks in advance for any and all help
