I just hook it up and drag it wherever I want and either ride, fish, or the occasional ski ride. I've had this boat in WA, OR, CA, OH, TN, SC, GA, FL. Tows pretty easy

The most fun I had with a PWC was when I passed one with 4 people in my SS2000 and my old 150 XR4. When I stopped and the PWC guy caught up he saw the 150 sticker on the motor and asked how it was possible.

Normally what happens is the big offshore boats blow by me.

    Two PWC/Allison stories:

Had a 150 PM on a SS and this 300 hp ski wants to race--he was shocked. PM totally stock except tuner.

I've got a GS canned running parallel to the shore. This PWC darts out from shore at high speed--he's looking over his shoulder back at the shore---had to check my shorts on that one. Missed by a few feet.

To answer the thread: when we trailer--launch, start motor, avoid skis, put in gear, avoid skis, wot, avoid skis

ssv176--that 1/4 mile drag PWC/SS was a sanctioned event. Fortunately, it wasn't my boat. It was a fluke. Ski had it all--even nitrous. Still a downer.

Lotus--race offshores all day long, particularly out of the hole, but NOT in their 'water'. (I had a week in intensive care to prove that theory) (Hospital released me on Saturday, directly from I.C., and was back in an Allison on Sunday)

Our lake is often offshore water. The big blown cats run way past 100 in water I can only manage 50

PWC don't run so fast in the rough either.
