New member here from the upstate of South Carolina. I have loved fast boats since i was a kid and absolutely love to go fast. Allison's are the perfect answer for my likes. I live on Lake Bowen where the largest motor that can be ran on the lake is a 115 outboard. No sadly i cannot swap out a cowl or some stickers on a 2.4 merc or a 350 verado. They check the block vins. But my hopes are to sell my fast craft, small 14ft swamp boat made in the lower part of SC. Currently running a fully built yamaha 3 barrel 25hp on a 4" hydraulic jack plate. Boat runs in the mid to upper 40s. But doesn't fish two comfortably and still go fast, an Allison will solve this problem even with a 115hp.
