I just ran mine last night with my 28ET prop, and raised the motor another 1/4" and boy did she fly! What a feeling! Total night and day between my chopper and the ET. I think I need to buy a back up 28ET.

Dubmoney, how tight do you turn your 28 ET on a good hard run?

I still haven't found the limit. Last Fall I hit 97 mph, but bow dropped and scared me off of pressing for more. My motor should be strong enough to put me well in to triple digits, I am just still learning set up, and what my girl wants. Turning 7400 Rpm, to be honest, I am concentrating on other things once I get near 100, so don't really know what the exact rpm is, I suppose I could run the prop calcs on the mercury web, and figure slip and all that, but I got plenty of other things to fix and work with at this point. Cheers.
