Pole Holders for winter's Trolling in an Allison?

I'll attach a couple of images of make shift Pole Holders in my Allison. I do have a couple of Scotty's at the rear rails of my xb 2003. But when your super cold, '& you have extra clothes and clutter in your boat it is tough to get back there... ...afraid someone will fall in maybe... would not be a good thing in sub 40 degree w water.

Sometimes.

It's mounted covering the hole where the lowrance flasher was. It has proven to be a decent spot
