Is this going to be too much motor for my Allison?

So, a couple of threads down I said I was looking at an 18’ Allison. It’s a 1970 model set-up like a ski boat with steering wheel off to the side like my Gt20 was. I bought it. I’ll use it for running around on the river and maybe some water skiing, set up with seating for 4. So I’ve found a 200 Pro Max with a Sport Master. Seeking opinions of whether it’s too much motor? I don’t need to see 90 plus with this rig, but I used to race Allison’s and I’ll want to scoot every once in a while. Thoughts, please?
