et ct chopper?

Bought this last fall supposed to be a et cut chopper. what kind of chopper and what hub kit do I need to run this on a small shaft sport master. What kind of prop was this to start with. also no identification numbers on this prop.

I did not like it at first but since I changed over to a new jc coned heavy duty 200 lu ,I love it just runs very flat
