Best airport for WAR?

I may have a friend...maybe...flying out from Colorado for for it. What would be the best place for her to fly in to? Sacramento? Looking for the best of both worlds between cost and distance from the lake. I don't mind driving an hour or 2. If she comes, I'll either pick her up on the way or drop the camper at the campground and go get her. I've never been to California before, so I definitely have no clue on the area. Thanks!

Sacramento is a bit of a drive. You might be better off picking her up in Portland if the timing works out. Otherwise maybe someone coming from the Sacramento area can pick her up.

I'm not sure if Ukiah has connecting flights or not. Santa Rosa airport "used to" have shuttle flights the same here in Redding. We have 2 airlines that flly in. It would be cheeeeper to fly into Sac, but closer to Santa Rosa and depending when she is arriving ( and if she's good looking) I could bring her from Redding on Monday:big grin
