Got the 280 back from JSRE, got it mounted and took it out today for its first break-in tank of gas. Froze my butt off, chilly here in NC with about 15 mph winds, and it takes awhile to burn a tank of gas in an 02 at <3500 rpm. Still enjoyed it though. Jay builds a great looking motor and I think it really matches my boat well. A few photos below.
