I have the same year boat, with a 2015 200XS. The right rocker switch is a spare for your future gps, stereo, whatever.

what size are the other 3 fuses? Thanks

Maybe not a surprise, different rigging over the years. My right switch is attached to nothing
Seems like there's 2 miles of wire in my boat I'm also trying to figure out why my CMC gauge isn't working

On GS#1 the bottom switch was un-used and both rt & left steering switches were for the trim. The CMC was on a separate dash rocker switch.
On GS#2 all 4 are used. Nav lights, instrument light, bilge pump and depth sounder. Right steering switch for the trim in the left steering switch for the jack plate.
