None of them guys. I still use 4 bolts on the bracket, the nuts are on the boat thru the deck. My buddy has some but they came with the boat.

Where can I find the Mounting nuts that stay on the Boat and remove the Troll Motor Bracket?

Add some torque tab. It will be safer also.

28et with no rev limiter I would go with if the engine is stock.

30p signature 4 blade (ET drag cut style) is a very good prop on an xb2002. Lots of bow lift, responsive, an top end. I have a 225 promax with 2:1 gears on now. Next the 300x with 1.87 gears is going on it.

I have one but it makes a lot of steering torque. It was an RPM killer but good gas mileage. I had the blades cut (semi hoss) and its a little better on torque.
