Can I ask what year your xb2003 is and what you value it at? I see some 1997-1998’s for around $25k, but my bank said they will loan me $11k for that year...

Can someone please explain why the banks value a 1997 xb 2003, with motor and trailer for only $12,000? I see them all day long for $25K if they are clean. Are the banks out of touch or is the market just high right now? I want to purchase one, but the bank has me wondering about overpaying...
