Deb and I will be down Monday morning. Rallying M-T-W back to Blount County for babysitting Thursday Rally again Friday. Farewell to the 2021 rally Friday for babysitting back home Saturday. Will be leaving the Allison at home in favor of the deck boat. Deb’s orders.

Oh now that '02 and 225X is all together, had a little fall run or two and is tucked in for another 2-3 months. Very, very cool rig. 15" Factory 225X. First one I ever saw.

This boat is just calling my name and I have 5.....including a 2+2. The colors are so understated.

200XS ROS dyno'd in the 235hp range. 200XS wasn't quite that strong but still a nice piece. I was never sure what Merc was doing when they put it on the 3.0 liter mid. Surprisingly a 3 liter Sportmaster is lighter than a 2.5 Sportmaster. Go figure???

The 2.5XS would operate better at altitude. More sophisticated PCM. At sea level a 225 ProMax or 225X would drag its butt out of the hole or top end. The 225X dyno'd in the high 240 hp range. 225 ProMax probably in the same range. 2.5X is a 200XS powerhead.

twsykes I went back and looked at this thread. I have my XB 21 advertised and i mistakenly answered a question about it on your post. I had seen the question pop up and was not paying attention to which thread I was on. I deleted the post. I apologize.

I have two Billy. The APBA doesn't run many events where they will allow you to set a record but I am sure that would set one on a 20' Vee bottom. Make a good deck boat motor too.

Wonder what it would run on a light XR2002 Billy?? I think we could set a record with it.
